How we work

A clear process, so you know what's being built, why and when.

We combine software engineering with project management. Every stage has concrete deliverables and clear decision points for you.

The stages

  1. 01

    Discovery

We understand the business, the problem and the constraints.

    You get

Scope, proposed architecture, plan and estimate.

    Your part

Access to key people and information.

  2. 02

    Design

We define flows, interfaces and technical architecture.

    You get

    Clickable prototype and prioritized backlog.

    Your part

    Validate flows and priorities.

  3. 03

    Build

We develop in short cycles, with QA in every release.

    You get

    Working, demoable progress every sprint.

    Your part

Review progress and make priority calls.

  4. 04

    Launch

Final testing, deployment and go-live support.

    You get

Software in production, documentation and knowledge transfer.

    Your part

    Approve go-live and prepare users.

  5. 05

    Evolve

We measure, improve and provide support.

    You get

Continuous improvements and support as agreed.

    Your part

    Share business priorities.

01Engagement models

We adapt to how you need to work.

01

Fixed-scope project

For initiatives with clear goals. Scope, plan, deliverables and budget agreed up front.

Best for new systems, MVPs and specific integrations.

02

Dedicated team

A Webuddy team embedded in your operation, with the capacity your roadmap needs and priorities you set.

Best for products in constant evolution and companies without an in-house tech team.

03

Ongoing evolution & support

Maintenance, improvements and support for production systems, with agreed priorities and response times.

Best for critical systems and platforms that need to keep growing.

02How we run projects

The rules we follow on every project.

Full visibility

A shared project board, demoable progress and regular check-ins.

Quality from day one

QA and testing are part of every release, not the end of the project.

Formal management

Scope, risks and changes managed with PMP and Scrum practices.

One point of contact

A single project lead, in English or Spanish.

Documentation and handover

We document what we build so your team can run it and evolve it.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a custom software project cost?

It depends on scope, complexity and integrations. That's why we start by understanding the need: after a first conversation we can give you a range, and after Discovery, a detailed estimate.

Do you work with companies outside the Dominican Republic?

Yes. We work remotely, in English and Spanish, during hours that overlap with U.S. time zones.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. We can sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share the details of your project.

How do you handle scope changes?

Changes are normal in any project. We assess them with you, estimate their impact on time and cost, and you decide how to prioritize them.

What happens after launch?

We can continue with an evolution and support plan, or hand everything over to your team with the documentation it needs.

Have something software can solve?

Tell us what you need. We'll get back to you with concrete next steps.
